This Privacy Policy explains how Hue Black collects, uses, and protects information in the Hue Black rider app and Hue Black Driver app.

Information We Collect

We collect information needed to operate private ride dispatch, including account details, login details, contact information, ride requests, pickup and drop-off details, ride status, vehicle and driver assignments, and support or operational messages.

The apps collect location information to provide ride service. The rider app uses location to support pickup selection, distance checks, ride progress, and trip accuracy. The driver app may collect precise and background location while a driver is signed in or handling rides so dispatchers and riders can see vehicle position during active service.

We also collect technical information such as device identifiers used for push notifications, app version, platform, basic diagnostics, and security logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, operate ride dispatch, show ride progress, coordinate drivers and riders, send ride and service notifications, improve reliability, prevent misuse, provide support, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized Hue Black operators, drivers or riders as needed for a ride, hosting and infrastructure providers, map and notification providers, and legal or safety authorities when required.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for service operations, account management, safety, dispute handling, legal requirements, and business records.

Your Choices

You can control location and notification permissions in your device settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required for safety, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport for app communication. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

The apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
